This week our guest is NASA’s former Associate Deputy Administrator for Policy and Planning and JAR contributor Eric Sterner. In 1782, six months after Cornwallis' surrender at Yorktown, one of the most heinous events in the history of the American Revolution occurred in eastern Ohio.
